GOAL:  Clean up Swindon, get the general public to Report graffiti locations for removal

SOLUTION:  Using a simple short-code and keyword users are invited to unite to clean up the Swindon area by sending a text with the address of a location which have been vandalised by graffiti. The Text message allows participants to act immediately (as they come across the graffiti). The liberty platform converts the text message sent into an email, which is automatically sent to the relevant team within the Council to act upon.

RESULTS: Launched in March 07 the Council has seen a positive response from the electors and shows them in a positive light as they are introducing new technology to support the regeneration of Swindon.
