GOAL: To create an instant and resource efficient feedback system for multi-store retail outlets.

SOLUTION:  Using a keyword and short-code on a poster in-store asking pre-defined questions with a numerical answer. The ease of sending a text reduces effort and barriers therefore increasing response. A bespoke application was created which stores responses in graph format on a week by week basis that can be spilt by store ID, Region, Area Manger etc.
